It was great to be back hosting Let's Do Trivia at Arena's with some familiar faces to see again. A new team to me, Taco Terminators, came up with a really great On Time Bonus answer to: Top sign you're a hipster… with…you think IPAs are drinkable….to start the game off on a great note.
As we tracked through the 1s half, Taco Terminators fought it out with My Drinking Team Has A Trivia Problem, The Slackers, and The House Team for 1st place. And, when we got through half time, The House Team and My Drinking Team Has A Trivia Problem were tied for the lead with Taco Terminators and The Slackers tied in a close 3rd place. As we progressed thru the 2nd half of the game, things stayed pretty much the same, but, Nacho Mama moved up to 3rd place. The House Team was in 2nd place and My Drinking Team Has A Trivia Problem was in 1st place as we went into Final Bonus. In Final Bonus, The House Team moved up to take the 1st place prize for the night…which means a big $40 1ST PLACE PRIZE THIS WEEK!!!. I.D.K. wisely wagers zero on Final Bonus and took the 2nd place prize.
Let's not forget the great service we got from our great bartender, Jenna AND, our hard working staff of Lyla, Liam, Mckensie, and Grace…SALUTE!!! They are there to serve up some great food and drink…!Remember, ever Thursday is Taco Thursday. All Mexican Beers are $3, Cuervo Margaritas are $4, and, Cuervo Jugaritas to go are only $12 !!!!
